Before digital disk and instant downloading of art, large styleguides were created which included printed turnarounds and action poses of the characters for the licensee to copy or to use in art for their product. This piece was the style guide cover for the popular cartoon series of a lab rat who wants to take over the world, and his goofy sidekick. I tried to give a wacky film-noir effect to the composition.
